Exchange Policy
Our Exchange policy is two weeks (14 days for the date of purchase). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange/Credits (if applicable) for online orders:
To return your product, please mail or return your product to: 548 Carlton Road, Unionville ON L3R 0C6 and contact us by email to let us know you are returning your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be applied and there is no expiration date.
Sale items (if applicable):
All sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was gifted or shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Returned gifts require a gift receipt or record of the original transaction in order for store credit to be issued. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Gifts must also be unused and in the original packaging.
